  1. Proposal

    One of our Liscensed reverse Mortgage consultants will sit down with you and Educate & Explain the Reverse Mortgage process and your options.

  2. Counseling

    You will receive a list of Free, 3rd Party, Government required HUD approved counseling agencies.

    It is your job to schedule a convenient time to meet with the counselor.

    It is the counselor's job to make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision about your Reverse Mortgage.

  3. Application

    At this time, you will complete an Application. You can do this one of three ways:

    • Over the phone with one of our Reverse Mortgage Specialist at
      1-877-6-REVERSE (877-673-8377).
    • Face to Face in one of our offices. We would be happy to meet with you. Please make an appointment.

    Once the application is complete, we will come to meet with you in order to sign the the appropriate documents.

  4. Appraisal

    Once you have completed the application and counseling process, we will order an appraisal through a certified appraisal management company (AMC).

    The appraiser will then organize a convenient time with you to inspect your property.

  5. Underwriting

    Once the appraisal process is completed and we have received the appraisal, we will submit your load to an FHA approved underwriter.

  6. Closing

    We will work with you and the settlement agent to schedule a date and time for your closing

    Sign all the required documents at the closing.

    Receive your cash after a mandatory three-day rescission period.
